The agreed upon purchase price for each puppy is $_______________.
It is understood that the puppy will remain with the Seller until no less than 8 weeks old. The pup is ready for pick-up at 9 weeks unless other arrangements have been made. It is understood that the first set of shots, examination, de-worming if required are included in sale price.
It is recommended that the dogs be taken to the veterinarian within 3 business days after pickup. This is to certify its good health, which would have been done by sellers Veterinarian at time of first set of shots. In the event that the dog is considered unhealthy at that time, a full refund will be provided as long as the dog is returned immediately. Coccidia or Giardia are common puppy worms and does not constitute as unhealthy. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and not considered “purchase price”. If within one week of purchase the buyer decides to return the dog for any other reason, all but 1/3 of the purchase price will be refunded.
It is understood that at the time of sale this dog is a good representative of its crossbreed and is suited as a companion and/or service dog. Beginning training classes are recommended to insure a good relationship with the dog. Crate training methods are an individual preference.
Although highly unlikely, the puppy may take up to two weeks, depending on age and temperament, before it becomes familiar with its new surroundings. It is perfectly natural if it chooses not to eat/drink or be sociable for a few days.

The Breeder provides a warranty for two year against any serious genetic disorder that affects the dog's quality of life. If the puppy is fed the premium Canadian produced food “4 Strong Paws” then the guarantee is extended to 3 years from the date of birth. Should a serious genetic disorder be discovered, the Breeder will offer a replacement puppy from the next available litter or refund up to half the original purchase price (breeders choice). Your puppy does not need to be returned to us.
Serious problems that develop within the warranty period of the puppies life, and is determined to be hereditary by at least 2 veterinarians, (The Breeder reserves the right, at the Breeder's expense, to have the dog checked by a veterinarian of the Breeder's choice before offering a replacement puppy or refund), is covered by the health guarantee. All veterinary records must be supplied to the Breeder. In the case of HD the Buyer must provide documentation from PennHIP or OFA. In the case of cataracts or PRA the Buyer must provide documentation from a veterinary ophthalmologist.
The purchaser waives any rights to compensation other than what is stated on this contract. It is highly recommended to get dog insurance because accidents and illnesses do happen and there are no guarantees in life. This warranty is non-transferable. Thistle Ridge Doodles provides a free 30 day certificate of health insurance through Trupanion. in which must be activated with in 24 hours of the taking home or possession date. Either within 24 hours prior or post possession. Please contact Truepanion for certificate details.
This dog is being sold intact on a non-breeding agreement. The buyer agrees to spay/neuter this dog on or before 7 months of age or pay the breeder $10,000. Should the puppy not be spayed or neutered during this time frame and proof provided; all health Guarantees and Warranty’s become null and void and legal action by Breeder will be started. This puppy is being sold as a family pet and does not convey with breeding rights.
Seller shall be entitled to any and all expenses incurred by the Seller, including, but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, in enforcing this provision.
The Buyer certifies that the puppy will receive scheduled vaccinations and annual check ups or the warranty is void.
The Buyer agrees to postpone strenuous, repetitive exercise until after their puppy is over one year of age. The Buyer also needs to maintain the dog’s ideal body weight, as obesity can cause illnesses such as hip problems. It is recommended to feed a high quality formula dog food. The puppies are currently eating 4 Strong Paws puppy formula and should switch to 4 Strong Paws adult formula (which is grain free) at around 6-8 months of age.
If Buyer cannot keep the above dog at any point, the buyer must return the puppy to Thistle Ridge Doodles for re-homing..

We as your selected breeder want to give you not only "The best dog you have ever owned" but one of the healthiest; living a very long and happy life. By doing our due diligence with our care and genetic testing and by only breeding parents that pass our stringent expectations with the highest of results we hope to produce a healthier line of puppies.
